MARIAH VIGILPresidential Scholarship, CSU Pueblo
“At South, Mrs. Rachel Cesario made the biggest impact on me throughout my four years of high school,” Mariah said. “I was part of her Personal Finance and Intro to Business college classes. Also, she helped me apply at the Sheriff’s Office for a position that’s part of our high school program. I couldn’t thank her enough for always being there for me when I needed a hand.”
At CSU Pueblo, Mariah will pursue a degree in Construction Management with a minor in Business Administration.
“I would like to encourage high schoolers to always push yourself to do better and don’t stop. It’s just the beginning,” she said. “I also would like to thank my family for always being there for me. I couldn’t have done it without their support.”
