D60 HAS NO PLANS TO TRANSITION TO REMOTE LEARNING

D60 Logo
In response to rumors with unfounded information circulating on social media, District 60 has NO plans to shut down in-person learning and transition to remote instruction.

The District school calendar calls for a November 22-26 break, with students returning to classes on November 29. Winter Break will begin on December 20 and last through December 31.

There are NO plans to deviate from this calendar.

We continue to monitor COVID in our community. Rest assured, that in the event it becomes necessary to close any school, D60 will communicate directly and widely with staff and parents. We ask that our community please stop perpetuating untrue rumors on social media which leads to increased confusion and stress on our students and families.
