To reward the third, fourth and fifth graders for a commendable effort on the tests, Principal Katie Harshman and staff hosted a celebratory "formal" dance Wednesday at the school.

"All third-, fourth- and fifth-grade scholars were invited to dance the evening away," said Principal Katie Harshman. "The scholars received five punches for each session of CMAS to buy any treat of their choice at dance."

At Minnequa we believe in showing scholars how their positive attitude and effort will equal success. We are very proud of our scholars and staff for showing the 'Minnequa Way' during CMAS."
