SUPERINTENDENT MACALUSO RECEIVES SUPERINTENDENT OF THE YEAR AWARD

Superintendent Macaluso holds her award as the Superintendent of the YearColorado Association of Latino/a Administrators and Superintendents, a professional education association that advocates for the continued development and placement of Latino/Latina administrators who are committed to quality public education for all students, honored D60 Superintendent Charlotte Macaluso with a Superintendent of the Year Award.
 
Superintendent Macaluso was selected for the award by the CO-ALAS’ conference planning committee and executive board. It was presented during CO-ALAS’ 14th Leadership Conference in Edgewater.
 
A proud graduate of East High School, Superintendent Macaluso spent her career in the District as an educator and principal before being appointed Superintendent by the Board of Education in 2017.
