Clean Water in Schools

Test tubes used for water sampling

In June, Governor Jared Polis signed the Clean Water in Schools and Child Care Centers law, which requires all public schools to sample their drinking water for lead and take mitigative action when results show levels of lead at or above 4.5 parts per billion.

This routine sampling process in D60 is already underway.

All results, as well as any remedial action taken, will be posted for public viewing at https://shorturl.at/ABy9o. This website will be linked under the “announcements” section of each school’s website, and the data will be updated within 48 hours of the posting of the full results.
