Two finalists for the position of District 60 Superintendent will be interviewed by the Board of Education during a special school board meeting on Wednesday, April 24, 2024.
The public is invited to attend the board meeting, which will also be livestreamed.
The interview schedule is as follows:
5:45 p.m. Dr. Shon Hocker
7:15 p.m. Dr. Barbara Kimzey
During the interviews, stakeholders will be able to provide real-time feedback through this link: https://shorturl.at/fkrET
At 8:30 p.m., the board will begin a review of that feedback, with the potential for deliberations on the selection of a sole finalist to begin.
If no decision is reached, the Board will meet in a special board meeting on April 25, 2024, at 5:30 p.m. to continue deliberations and potentially announce a sole finalist.
