Middle School In-Person Students to Attend 4 Days A Week; High School In-Person Students to Continue on Hybrid Schedule
With a relaxation of social distancing guidelines by state and national health officials, Pueblo School District 60 Middle School in-person students will transition from the hybrid model to attending 4 days a week in person beginning Monday, April 19.

Voter-Approved Bond to Result in a Fifth New School for D60
As a result of extra premiums secured through the bond sale, cost-savings from favorable bids, and prudent construction management, a new K-8 school on the 14-acre property of the recently demolished Heroes K-8 Academy will be built.

Music Instrument Drive is Underway and Donations are Needed
Every year, the Pueblo School District 60 administration building serves as a drop-off point for the Bringing Music to Life program, a non-profit venture that provides band and orchestra instruments to students in Title 1 Schools across the state. This year’s drive will run from March 8-21, during which time instruments can be dropped off at the administration building at 315 West 11th Street.

District Volunteers Donate Time to Second-Dose Vaccination Clinic
The work that brought out the D60 team of volunteers was yet another crucial step in the return to fully in-person instruction: administration of the second, and final, dose of the Pfizer COVID vaccine. Recognizing the importance of the task at hand, the district representatives served in a variety of non-medical roles to ensure a seamless, and hope-filled, operation.
