    After a 31-year career spent in Pueblo School District 60, the last 8 as Superintendent, Charlotte Macaluso will retire effective July 1, 2024. Superintendent Macaluso made the announcement to the D60 Board of Education during Tuesday’s regular meeting, and was greeted by a standing ovation by the Board and those in attendance.

This initial data reveals that 11 schools occupy the top-tier Performance Framework: Fountain, Goodnight, Corwin, Haaff, Franklin, Irving, Bradford, South Park, Sunset Park, Minnequa and Morton.

    In addition to the aesthetic upgrades to improve the look and appearance of Dutch Clark Stadium, a number of improvements have been made with an eye toward increased safety and ease of use of the facility. A new addition to the safety protocol will be the use of walk-through metal detectors at stadium entry points.
