Second Annual Pueblo Area College Fair

New for the 2024 College Fair:
StriveScan
Students will use strive scan to easily provide any college with their information by simply scanning a QR code.FAFSA® Completion Party
Families who complete the FAFSA® (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) at the fair or bring proof of completion will be entered into drawings for on-the-spot scholarships and prizes. Representatives will be available to assist in completing the FAFSA® in English and Spanish. Lunch will be provided for families in the FAFSA® completion area.Free pre-conference workshops

Gas Vouchers
The first 100 families to sign up on the registration tab will receive a $25 gas voucher to help with the cost of transportation to the fair. You must be in attendance at the fair to receive the gas voucher. -
Registration
To register for the college fair and FAFSA® Completion, please click the link below and follow the directions.
You do not need to register to attend the fair. However, in order to receive a gas voucher and provide your information to colleges, you must complete the registration.
College fair student registration: https://app.strivescan.com/students
Parent registration may be used if the student is unable to attend.- Select the Pueblo Convention Center
- Enter all required information
- Academic and demographic information is not required.
- Once registered, a barcode will be texted and emailed immediately.
While at the fair, you will be able to connect with colleges using the QR code provided by Strive Scan after registering.
FAFSA® Completion Assistance
Sign up to complete your Financial Aid Application (FAFSA®) at the fair, or bring proof of a completed application, and you will get access to exclusive drawings for scholarships, prizes, lunch, and more (the link will be provided as soon as it is available).
The first 100 families registered for the fair using Strive Scan will receive a $25 gas voucher.
Gas vouchers will be provided as a way to help families attend the fair without worrying about the cost of transportation.

* Gas vouchers are given to families with students in 9th through 12th grade. One (1) gas voucher per household. A student may receive a gas voucher if a parent is unable to attend, as long as the parent has completed the registration link.
