Staff Support FAQ

Guiding Framework

As we navigate the Rightserving process, we are committed to supporting every employee - certified, classified, and administrative - with empathy, dignity, and transparency. Our goal is to thoughtfully align staffing needs across the District while striving to help each staff member explore opportunities where their skills, relationships, and contributions can continue to make a meaningful difference for our students and our community.

We are prioritizing the opportunity for staff to move with the students they serve while also acknowledging that staff members may want to serve students differently in the future.  Below you will find some key information to help you as we navigate through this process.

Employee Support and Resources

Point of Contact

Human Resources is here to support you during this transition.  We are committed to providing clear communication, thoughtful guidance, and care for each individual affected.  Every school impacted by a school closure will have a dedicated Human Resources contact to ensure you have direct support and someone to walk alongside you through this process.

Our Human Resources team is available Monday – Thursday, 7:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Please don’t hesitate to reach out with questions, concerns, or if you simply need support.

Employee Assistance

School closures can be challenging and stressful for many of us, both professionally and personally. Please remember that support is available. Pueblo School District 60 offers a confidential Employee Assistance Program (EAP) to help staff navigate work-related and personal stressors. The EAP provides access to licensed, professional counselors who can support concerns related to stress, relationships, family matters, and overall emotional and mental well-being. Call 800-645-6571 to speak with a Profile EAP staff member.

Our goal throughout this process is to be thoughtful, transparent, and supportive of employees as changes are implemented.
