THE P.L.A.C.E. BRINGS TOGETHER COMMUNITY AT PAA

Courtesy of Pueblo's Legacy and Community Experiences (P.L.A.C.E) and a host of community partners, a festive block party attracted visitors of all ages to the Pueblo Academy of Arts field for an afternoon of fellowship, free food and games, giveaways, and the performing talents of the Phoenix cheer team and the South marching band.

In line with PAA's school colors, bright purple "Pueblo Proud" shirts, distributed by P.L.A.C.E. representatives, were gifted to all guests.

Participating community partners offered information on available resources.

The party was kept moving through upbeat music provided by DJ and South Key Club sponsor Stephen Hernandez (Big Steve Productions).

The P.L.A.C.E. previously hosted block parties at Pueblo Central High and Risley International Academy of Innovation.
