About Pueblo East High School

East High School has been the gem of Pueblo's East side since 1959 and has served as a training ground for leaders in business and industry, politics, the arts and athletics. Since its founding, "versatile" and "well-rounded" are words that can describe almost any East graduate. 

Today, East High School carries on this tradition as an International Baccalaureate (IB) school, equipping students to not only compete in a rapidly-changing 21st-century economy, but also to lead. It carries on this tradition as not only a home of champions on the field, but also on the stage and in the classroom. The tradition is carried on through its dedication to industry, training tomorrow's workforce through its career and technical education program. 

It is for these reasons that "Eagles soar" at East High School.
