Welcome to South Park Elementary!

• We are so excited to have you join us! There are a few things you will need to bring with you at the time of enrollment:
• State-issued Birth Certificate
• Current Immunization Records
• Proof of Residency (i.e. lease/mortgage statement)
• Government-issued ID (i.e. Driver's license, passport)
