    Rich Mestas is an educator with over a decade of successful experience in creating and developing innovative educational models.  Rich is currently serving as a founding Principal for Dutch Clark Digital Online Learning, an educational pathway of Paragon Learning Center. Rich specializes in online learning models and serves on local and national leadership teams that focus on educating at-risk youth.
     
    He has been successful in developing and nurturing positive school cultures that have led to significant improvements in student success. A strong believer in the mantra ALL students CAN learn, Rich has spent his career innovating educational delivery models that utilize technology to provide a customized learning experience for every student.
