About Roncalli STEM Academy

Roncalli STEM Academy, Pueblo's only STEM Magnet middle school, continually lives up to its mission of teaching students to be successful in the 21st-century workforce. To accomplish this, an education rich in STEM — science, technology, engineering and mathematics — is absolutely vital. STEM is not simply an acronym, but rather a way of teaching and learning that yields valuable skills such as critical thinking, inquiry, problem solving, creativity, innovation, and collaborative teamwork.

At Roncalli, this is on display through its Project Lead the Way curriculum, its focus on multiple facets of STEM, including robotics design and modeling, medical, and flight and space, all embedded directly into the curriculum.
