Using data from the GPS hardware on our vehicles, My Ride K-12 users know when to expect their bus each day. Available through a web portal or by mobile app, My Ride K-12 sends “push notifications” to parents & caregivers about bus stop delays or bus swaps, and lets parents reach out to the Transportation Department with questions. Build a secure My Ride profile and stay connected to your student’s assigned vehicle, bus stop & stop times!
With the Traversa My Ride K-12 mobile app, you can receive real-time notifications about bus delays and other route changes, right in the palm of your hand. Using secure data and local maps, never again be left wondering when the bus will arrive!
How to Access the My Ride K-12 App
Download My Ride K-12 from the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store.
Follow the on-screen prompts to register your account. If you do not have a registered email address, click REGISTER; if you have already signed up on the web portal, you do not need to register again and should be able to use the same login.
Once you receive the confirmation email, follow the prompts to return to the portal and search for your school district.
Click “Add Student” to find your child. Enter your child's Student ID, grade, and school, then click “Add Student”.
Once you have linked to a student, click that student’s details to see all relevant transportation information.
