Health & Wellness: Pueblo Community Health CenterThrough the Pueblo Community Health Center, several School-Based Health and Wellness Centers are located at District 60 schools: Centennial High School, Central High School, Chávez Huerta K-12 Preparatory Academy High School, County High School, and Risley International Academy of Innovation.

PLEASE NOTE: Wellness Centers are open DURING REGULAR SCHOOL YEAR ONLY. All Wellness Centers will be closed for a one-hour daily for lunch.

Mental Health & Substance Abuse

To provide support for students, District 60 has partnered with Health Solutions and State of Grace Counseling in Pueblo. Those organizations provide substance abuse and mental health counseling outside of the school setting.
