Patricia Coyle
Assistant General Manager, SFE
Born and raised in Texas, Patricia started in the food industry at the early age of 15. Working her way up from fast food, cafeteria worker, head cook, kitchen manager, and even ran her own cottage food baking business from home. Eventually, she became the food service director of Taylor County Juvenile Detention Center.
SFE reached out to Patricia and she excitedly moved with her husband and two kids, David, age 14, and Autumn, age 11, to Colorado to join Pueblo D60 in November 2022. Before moving, she was very involved with her children and their education as PTA President and Vice President for two years. Despite both kids being deaf in one ear, weekends were spent taking Autumn to competitive cheer competitions and David to his Karate and Krav Maga classes and tournaments. As a family, they are excited about springtime in Colorado, to have a chance to hike in the mountains, and explore the beautiful state of Colorado.
