  • EDUCATION FOUNDATION GIFTS EMPLOYEES WITH BRANDED PENS

    This week, some 2,600 staffers will be receiving a branded Soft Touch Accent Gel Pen with colored stylus, along with a card bearing the Foundation’s rebranded logo and this message: “Thank you for all your great work and resilience over the last school year. We appreciate you!”

  • PUEBLO YOUTH TO BE CELEBRATED THIS WEEK

    Launched four years ago by fervent youth advocate and champion Jesse Sena, and proclaimed by Colorado Governor Jared Polis, Colorado Youth Awareness Week is a time to highlight young people’s positive influence while lauding the outstanding community organizations which encourage healthier lifestyles and life choices for young people.

  • DISTRICT WELL REPRESENTED IN COLORADO STATE FAIR PARADES

    Every year, the District – most notably spirit-filled students from our high schools riding high on flat-bed trucks, marching band musicians and Spirit teams – has had a notable presence in both the Colorado State Fair Parade and the Fiesta Day Parade. This year, however, the District increased that presence in a colorfully impressive manner.

  • BOARD INCREASES PAY FOR SUBSTITUTE TEACHERS

    The ideal substitute candidate is at least 21 years old, confident, professional, courteous and attentive, with good communication skills. Some experience working with youth is a plus. The position is a good fit for retirees, college students, part-time workers, stay-at home parents, and those with flexible schedules.
