Back to School Bash
Join Pueblo School District 60 for our 2nd Annual Back to School Bash on Thursday, August 6, 2026, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Dutch Clark Stadium!
Families can enjoy free haircuts, face painting, vaccines and dental screenings beginning at 5 p.m. with the entire Bash and backpack giveaways opening at 6 p.m.
The first 3,000 students in attendance will receive a free backpack filled with school supplies to help kick off a successful school year.
This year's event will also showcase performances from high school cheer teams, photo opportunities with the Bell and Cannon, DJing by DJ Big Steve, Aztec dancers, exciting giveaways, and interactive experiences from the Pueblo Fire Department and Pueblo Transit.
The Back to School Bash is free and open to the public, and we invite all students, families, staff, and community members to join us for an evening of fun, connection, and celebration as we prepare for another outstanding school year!
After an incredible inaugural event that welcomed more than 3,000 attendees, featured 65+ school and community partner booths, local food trucks, and valuable resources for families, we're excited to bring this community celebration back—bigger and better than ever!
Together, we will start the year Present, Powerful, and Empowered by Reading!
