Academic Programs

Pueblo East High School provides many academic options for students.

Not only do we have the IB Programme, but also we offer many courses geared toward career preparation.  For example, students may take the Automotive Courses offered through Pueblo Community College.  Students who are interested in careers in business can enroll in marketing, accounting, and economics.  Students who are interested in behavioral sciences may want to take courses in biology, psychology, or sociology.  If students would like to explore the world of culinary arts or hospitality management, they may want to take courses in Catering or Pro Start. Additionally, students interesting in engineering careers can enroll in our Mechanical, Design, or Structural Engineering Courses as well as Physics and upper-level math courses.    

East High School, along with other Pueblo School District 60 schools, offers many opportunities for students to earn College Credit.  See your student’s school counselor for more information.
