Pueblo School District 60 participates in the Community Eligibility Provision (CEP), a provision available to schools participating in the National School Lunch and School Breakfast Programs with high numbers of students who receive SNAP benefits.

What does this mean for you and your child(ren)?

All students enrolled in Pueblo School District 60 may participate in the breakfast and lunch program at no charge, regardless of the student's individual eligibility status.

Studies have shown that children who are not hungry perform better in school. By providing lunch to all children at no charge, we are hoping to create a better learning environment for our students.

Meals, foods and beverages sold or served at schools meet state and federal requirements based on the USDA DIETARY GUIDELINES. All meals, foods and beverages are prepared and served by qualified child nutrition professionals. The School Breakfast and Lunch Programs cannot succeed without your support; please encourage your children to participate in the school meal programs.
