Career and Technical Education at Central High School
-
Central High School's Career and Technical Education programs offer many wide-ranging professional education opportunities. Each discipline uses a highly-detailed plan of study that outlines what courses students should take to complete a 3- to 4-year CTE pathway.
Central High School offers a series of Project Lead the Way (PLTW) STEM courses in the areas of Biomedical, Engineering, and Computer Science. Students who complete a PLTW course have the opportunity to earn dual credit through the University of Colorado@Colorado Springs (UCCS).
At Central, 9 CTE programs are offered. To learn more, consult Central's Course Description Guide.
