Fifth Grade School Supplies

Please bring supplies marked with student’s name to open house.

• 1 Colored Pencils- Original Colors
• 2 (four packs) Dry Erase Markers (assorted colors NO NEON)
• 1 packs #2 pencils – 12 count not sharpened (If you use lead pencils please purchase those)
• 1 Pencil Bag (easier to carry in backpack)
• 3 packs Tissues (85 count or higher)
• 1 Hand sanitizer (8oz.)
• *1 Wired Headphones (to stay at school for computer use) No Earbuds
• 4 Spiral bound, wide ruled Notebooks -any color
• 1 1 ½ inch 3 ring binder with clear view- BLACK
• 2 Clorox Wipes
• 1 5 tab dividers (leadership notebook)
• 1 Gallon Size Ziplock Bags

*HEADPHONES need to stay at school, please do not send expensive ones that need to come home.
