District 60 Pathways to Graduation
-
Beginning with the graduating class of 2021, Pueblo School District 60 graduates must complete a minimum of 24 credits in order to participate in graduation. To reach that goal, District 60 has identified three avenues toward graduation, each designed to best fit the goals of each student.
In addition, students must demonstrate their high school competency and post-secondary readiness by meeting assessment or performance requirements set forth by the State of Colorado Department of Education.
Three avenues to graduation
-
Colorado high school competency requirements
Students may show their high school competency in English/Language Arts and Math by demonstrating minimum requirements for one of the following: A standardized test (Accuplacer, ACT, ACT WorkKeys, ASVAB, or SAT), Advanced Placement (AP) exam, International Baccalaureate (IB) exam, concurrent enrollment, industry certification, or a district Capstone project.
