Do you have any gently worn Prom or Homecoming dresses you no longer need, or some gently worn dress pants, dress shirts, or ties? As part of its commitment to Black Hills Energy and the community, US Solar donated a total of $100,000 to 10 local nonprofits and community organizations, including the D60 Education Foundation.

COMPUTER SCIENCE CONVENTION A FIRST FOR DISTRICT
A first for District 60, the Computer Science Convention (CSCon) Family Event in the East High School Media Center drew an inquisitive collective of youngsters eager to explore the exciting world of all things technology-related.

For the 63rd time, South High School conferred diplomas on 150 graduates, who now enter the esteemed ranks of Colt alumni.

ACADEMIC EXCELLENCE LAUDED IN ANNUAL CEREMONY
The upper echelon of the District’s academic corps was, for the 14th year, honored for outstanding and sustained achievement in the classroom and for exemplifying the values of Academic Achievement, Leadership, Character, and Service. The coveted Lamp of Knowledge once again served as the centerpiece of the ceremony. It was awarded to South High School based on collective academic performance and other merits.
