About Park View Elementary School

As one of the oldest neighborhood schools in Pueblo, Park View Elementary is a center of its community on Pueblo's East Side, and continually adapts to meet the needs of students.

Today, that is evident through its "No Excuses University" program, which creates a culture that stresses to that college is not just a dream for students, but it's also an achievable plan, and it's never too early to begin thinking about college.

Students at Park View are also taught trustworthiness, respect, responsibility, fairness, caring and citizenship, which helps them connect with their communities, but bring these values home to strengthen families. It's part of the approach at Park View, where students are given a hand up, not a hand out.
